Shipping & Returns

At The Stable Book Group, we are proud to work with Simon & Schuster to ensure that all book orders are fulfilled efficiently and reliably. Books purchased from publishing companies within The Stable Book Group will be processed and shipped directly by Simon & Schuster, our trusted distribution partner.

 

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates apply to all orders, based on the shipping destination and delivery method selected at checkout. These rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

 

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times

Simon & Schuster will fulfill your order and ship it according to their standard practices. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow the estimated delivery times provided at checkout for your books to arrive.

 

International Orders

For orders shipping outside the United States, international shipping rates and customs fees may apply. These will also be calculated during checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Stable Book Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below. This policy applies only to items purchased directly from a Stable Book Group website. It does not apply to books purchased from other booksellers, online marketplaces, or retail stores.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of new books and products in their original condition. To process your return, please include one of the following with your returned items: the packing slip, your invoice, or a copy of your emailed order confirmation. All items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip, and we must receive the return within this 30-day window. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in return shipping.

 

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, it may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We cannot issue refunds for items returned to us more than 30 days after the shipment date.

 

Important Notes

We are not responsible for return packages lost during shipping. Additionally, we reserve the right to verify the original purchase for returns requested without an order number or shipping confirmation.

 

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please send an email to orders@stablebookgroup.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• The product name

• A contact email

 

Once we receive your email, we will provide further instructions on how to complete your return.
